This Certificate of Live Birth Has been called fake
The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a New Jersey man who says President-elect Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth.
The court did not comment on its order Monday rejecting the call by Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick,N.J.,to intervene in the presidential election. Donofrio says that since Obama had dual nationality at birth —his mother was American and his Kenyan father at the time was a British subject —he cannot possibly be a “natural born citizen,”one of the requirements the Constitution lists for eligibility to be president.
We know that Mr. Obama's father was Kenyan which he documents himself. Articlell section 1 clause V US. Constitution must be natural Born,Father and Mother must MUST be US. Born. His father was under British Rule. The reasoning behind this is due to divided loyalty. We can not have Dual Citizenship. We all know he is not American born,Who in their "right"mind would spend almost two million dollars to keep all his information sealed. Mrs. Pelosi shall be put in jail after a trial. This must happen and we need to dig and see who else held our country in dire straights. To me this has been and act of inside terrorism to the people. Anything he has done including Supreme court picks must be let go. Also his executive orders will be reversed. We must regain our constitution. His Aunt who had been here illegally must be sent back even though she received permission to stay,we need for Obama to be sent directly to prision and to not get out EVER. His wife who knew must also receive prison time. America will heal and we will move on.
SEND OBAMA TO PRISON AND ELECTRCUTE HIM. SOONER THE BETTER.
WE ALL KNOW THE FRAUD IS INELIGILIBLE. IF THE SUPREME COURT WILL NOT HEAR THE CASE THEN IT IS TRUE THAT OBAMA HAS TOLD
THE HIGH COURT AND THE CONGRESS HE WILL CALL MARTIAL LAW
IF THEY COME AGAINST HIM.WHY ELSE WOULD THE THE HIGHEST COURT IN THE LAND TURN DOWN THE CASE.? KNOWING IT GOES COMPLETELY AGAINST THE WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. I PRAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON THEIR SOULS.THINGS ARE GETTING PUSHED TO THE TILTING POINT. MABE SOMETHING WILL EXPLODE. THE TEMPERS OF THE AMERICA PEOPLE FED UP WITH THIS DISFUNCTIONAL GOVERNMENT.
