Kenyan Obama Birth Certificate posted online
California attorney Orly Taitz,who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president,has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication.
The document lists Obama’s parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama,formerly Stanley Ann Dunham,the birth date as Aug. 4,1961,and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa,Kenya.
No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province,Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison,and the form of the documents appear to be identical.
Last week,a counterfeit document purporting to be Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate made the rounds of the Internet,but was quickly determined to be fraudulent. The new document released by Taitz bears none of the obvious traits of a hoax.
Taitz told WND that the document came from an anonymous source who doesn’t want his name known because “he’s afraid for his life.”
It is unbelieveable that so far nothing has been done by the Congress &the courts in regard to Obama being a Legal President,or for that matter even a Legal Citizen of the USA. I for one,from everything I have seen &read,do NOT think he is . Hopefully,with some of the Tea Party reps being elected to congress,things will change,&either the Congress will do something to make him show his true birth certificate,or they will put enough pressure on the Supreme Court to do so. This question of eligibility could be cleared up very easily &very quickly. Why nothing has been done so far raises another question,&that is;just who can the American people trust anymore???
Both politrical parties have shot themselves in the foot over this. The Democrats challenged John McCain over his birth in Panama on a MILITARY BASE of American parent stationed there. That was the first red flat raised and the Republicans blew it. They could have issued a challenge right then and there and demanded to see Barrack Hussine Obamas "Real Birth Cerritificate"not
some drummed up Certificate of Live Birth that was at best questionable then as now. If the truth comes out then the GOP leadership will have been proven to be
negelent in the performance of their duties as well as all Elected Officials. They have violated thier oaths of office and the United States Constution at the same time and commited treason.
