These Online images for certification of nomination raise questions
A commentator at Canada Free Press says he has obtained copies of two documents apparently prepared by Democrats to certify Barack Obama as their nominee for president in 2008 that suggest House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew there was an unresolved issue with his eligibility under the U.S. Constitution.
Writer JB Williams describes himself as a "no nonsense commentator on American politics,American history,and American philosophy."And he say’s he’s gotten possession of copies of the documents in question.
The first includes a verification that Obama and Joe Biden,then-candidate for vice president,"are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution."
The second form obtained by Williams appears identical,down to a typographical error in "through."But in this one,the verification of eligibility under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution is gone.
He is not not eligible to be POTUS period under the Constitution. When is something going to be done? When will someone have he nerve to stand up and do something about it?
I just cannot believe that the people of this country elected this man to be the President of our United States. God have mercy on this country.
If he has nothing to hide,then he should produce all the documents required:birth certificates,school enrollments &records,any citizenship issues…I do not believe he is qualified,which will nullify everything he has "done"to this point….thankfully!
If Nancy Pelosi knew that Mr. Obama was not a legal candidate for the president's job she should in fact be put in jail for carrying out a malicious act against the American people. If Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States why is he hiding all his past records. I will never believe that Mr. Obama is my president until he proves it by releasing all his records. What is he afraid of.
I am an ex-Marine with many of my buddies killed in Korea. We did not fight for and many of my friends die for the crap that's going on now.

Eligibility trial is set to begin in January in federal court in california unless the Justice department finds a way to squash it. And belive me they are trying.
When is someone going to have the cajones to demand an explantion from Pelosi as to the two certifications she signed. Will she say….one is a forgery? She didn't know what she was signing?
It's way past the time for those who are aiding and abetting this fraud and treasonous act against our country to come clean and plead for mercy from the American people.
Whether Obama is 'eligible'to be president or not remains to be seen. The fact that he apparently refuses to present his original birth certificate,which would put an end to all the controversy,leads me to believe he has something to hide. On the question of whether or not he's qualified? NO WAY! But then,that's just my opinion.
Obama Sr. was not an American Citizen.
A President has to be Natural Born. Born of Blood and Soil. The Blood of both parents,American Citizens at the time of the birth and that birth on American Soil. Obama Jr. was born a British subject at birth under the British Nationality Act of 1948,no matter where the birth took place. Either one of these circumstances disqualify him from the office of POTUS. Lawyers of America,file a case in your state and quickly.
I never expected a development of this magnitude to occur in this country. In a banana republic yes. To be accepted in the highest office in our country,he should be able to produce the required documents. I don't see how he can refuse to prove his eligibility to be President legally. My conscience would never allow me to do this and sleep well.
I AM ANGRY AS WELL! I was not able to go to DC on Saturday,but I agree with everyone who was there. I am sick of all of the 'INSANITY"going on these days. I have some hope that Americans are waking up,however,there needs to be a whole lot more waking up because those Obamans are just digging in deeper and don't give one "HOOT"what we all think. I love our country and am sick at heart over what this adminstration is doing to us –our great grand-kids will be paying for the deficit spending that's going on and their life style will never be as good as we've had it through the 90's and into this century. sad!!
Why are we allowing this. When I was 16 i had to produce a birth cert. to get a drivers license,aBC to get my RN license,a BC to go to St.Thomas,a BC to get a passport,a BC for every job I have had. We have a POTUS that there is no proof. No one required this…yes Pelosi has got to go to prison with him!!
The Obama operation has displayed a "certification of live birth"on the Internet for nearly a year now but has steadfastly refused to make the actual birth certificate (as distinguished from the "certification of live birth") available for inspection.
I have seen reports (e.g. by US Justice Foundation) indicating that the Obama operation has invested something in the order of a million bucks in legal costs focused on preventing access to personal papers of the "transparency"president.
It seems to me that any reporter (or public commentator) worth his salt has to ask the question:
WHAT IN THE WORLD IS OBAMA TRYING TO HIDE?

I'll tell you why serious newspeople don't ask,because they're all in Obama's hip pocket! I'd exempt many on Fox News from that comment;however,on the birth issue,they've drunk the koolaid too! I can't believe the Supreme Court will not force this issue and require him to prove his eligibility. How more basic can that be than to require meeting the Constitutional requirements? I was at the march in DC and let me tell yu that everyone is really angry.
It goes beyond anger-it is disbelief that this great country is accepting this
man as President when in fact he has never shown any papers-not his
bc-not any of hill records from school nothing-nada-what's he hiding. Also
I found out that Michelle was disbarred from the bar-why and why didn't
this come out. Also,why is it that this Pres.has never gone to church-not
even as a photo op. No President has not gone to Church on Sunday with
his family.
Also,this health care debacle is just that. Good for Joe that he had the
cahones to call our President liar. At that point illegals were being covered
and that provisio was to be taken out of the healthcare plan. Was it? Who
knows-we all need to see the full bill so we can determine if this is true.
The czars are a big issue-all of them thugs-they need to go.
The biggest thing too is that if this healtlhplan is good enuf for us-why
won't the powers that be also have it. If Ted Kennedy had this health
care bill-he would have died a long time ago.
