A federal judge in California today listened to government lawyers argue that a lawsuit over President Obama’s eligibility should be immediately dismissed but refused to grant their request,saying he would make his decision and announce it later.
The result came this morning from U.S. District Judge David Carter,who already has set a tentative trial date for the dispute Jan. 26,2010. The judge also already had lawyers draw up a tentative schedule for hearings and deadlines in preparation for the trial.
WND previously reported on plans for the hearing handled by attorneys Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep,each representing separate clients.
The lawsuit was brought by several political candidates and party officials,including former U.S. ambassador Alan Keyes and Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson of the American Independent Party.
The birthers,the tea baggers,the screamers,and the deathers continued extreme minority presence will become tiresome to mainstream America,if it has not already done so. To all the birthers in La,La Land,it is on you to prove to all of us that your assertion is true,if there are people who were there and support your position then show us the video (everyone has a price),either put up or frankly shut-up. I heard Orly Taitz,is selling a tape (I think it’s called “Money,Lies and Video tape”). She is from Orange County,CA,now I know what the mean when they say “behind the Orange Curtain”,when they talk about Orange County,the captial of Conspiracy Theories.
You are WRONG! It is not on the so called 'birthers'to prove anything really. These documents should have been made public according to the laws of the United States of America.
McCain had no problem giving up his documents nor have any other presidents had a problem divulging theirs.
Obama gets no free pass with the people of this nation. He is no better than any other candidate who has ever run for public office and the DNC should be held accountable as well for failure to properly vet this man before he ever ran for the highest office in this land.

You know Obama has a passport,he travel abroad before he was a Senator,but I guess they were in on it. If Obama has a REAL birth certificate (not a fake one made afterwards),then show it! That's it! It would put an end to the questioning;which is 100% legitimate;given it is in the Constitution,and it is the Supreme Law of the Land…The fact that he won't provide it,pretty much says that he doesn't have one. It's like how Michael Jackson paid off 3 people $25 each to settle out of court,hmmm pretty suspicious. If you have it. Show it! Stop wasting taxpayer dollars!

I disagree,Obama and his cronies should all be tried in the judicial system of the American courts and prosecuted for FRAUD,VOTER REGISTRATION FRAUD,AND EVERY CROOKED DEAL HE RAN FROM CHICAGO. He should also be tried for being in the USA illegally since he is not an American born citizen. For so many people who expected a marvelous change got nothing but disappointment. I've been wondering for some tme now about all the 'rush'Obama has been in to 'get things done'. It took it awhile to dawn on me but now I finally realize that perhaps it's because he knows he doesn't HAVE much time! If we were to find out he truly is NOT eligible to be president he's finished. Or at least I would think he would be finished. With the 'geniuses'we have running things now who knows? And if his ineligibility is proven he's probably facing jail time. At least I hope that misrepresenting one's eligibility to be the president of the United States would be a criminal offense..

I believe it is imperative that this issue be resolved as soon as possible for the sake of the country.__The Constitution explicitly states that to become law,a bill passed by both houses of Congress must be signed by the President or,if he refuses to sign it within ten days it "shall be a Law,in like Manner as if he had signed it."There is no other way a congressionally enacted measure can become law. __If Pres. Obama cannot pass the citizenship requirement of the Constitution,won't all of the bills he has signed,including appropriation ones,be unconstitutional and void?

That judge that doesn't want any part of having Obamas eligibilty checked out needs to be checked into. We need to know why any judge would not check this out. People we need to work on having judges being able to have four year terms only.

It was only offered up as ONE OF MANY reasons for the invasion. But IMO the REAL reason was never offered up.
