Obama Has Decided:Fox News Isn’t News

Obama during campaign appeared on FoxNews

The testy relations between the Obama White House and Fox News aren’t getting any better.

White House communications director Anita Dunn unleashed an unusual barrage against the network during an interview Sunday on CNN,repeating her charge that Fox is “opinion journalism masquerading as news.”

“The reality of it is that Fox News often operates almost as either the research arm or the communications arm of the Republican Party,” Dunn said, standing outside the White House.

President Barack Obama did sit for interviews on Fox during the campaign, but the Obama White House has spurned the network since January, even as Obama has granted a flurry of sit-downs with other TV outlets. Fox is owned by News Corp.,which also owns The Wall Street Journal.

I'm going to start watching Fox News immediately. And get a subscription to the WSJ. Solipsistically speaking, there is no such thing as "objective"journalism. It's all to one extent or another, shaded by the world view of the reporters/editors/producers. And a Free Press means you may not always like what you read. Get over yourself, honey.

Fox News is the only news outlet that presents both sides. I watch Fox News and sometimes I find myself yelling at the tv when the liberals are on,spouting nonsense,"Do you really hear yourself? How can you say those things and not hear how stupid they sound, how totally non-common sense they are?"I cannot listen to the others;I have tried and I just can't do it. CNN –that's where your Obama loving, tingle running down the leg at the sight of him people live and I just can't deal with that. Most people agree with me. Have you looked at the ratings lately? Let Obama and his crew stay away from the Fox News channel. I can't stand to see his face on tv anymore than I absolutely have to.

President Obama is supposed to be a president of all the people;a uniter! But he has decided that he doesn't want to have anything to do with the Americans who watch Fox News. Well,I guess he isn't interested in being my president. But,hey, that's okay. I'm not interested in that either.

Hey,he's trying to be "a president of all the people;a uniter",but your side won't let him. You people can't have it both ways. Grow up!

OBAMA IS ILLEGAL-HE IS PAYING TO HAVE HIS DIRTY DIRT COVERED AND HE LIES THROUGH HIS TEETH ALONG WITH THE CORRUPTION IN WASHINGTON. GO FOX NEWS. YOU ARE THE ONLY NEWS CO. THAT HAS COMMON SENSE. KEEP DIGGING UNTIL YOU BRING ALL THIS CORRUPTION AND LIAR OBAMA TO THEIR KNEES AND SHIP ALL OF THEM AND ILLEGAL ALIENS TO AN UNKNOWN ISLAND-NO TRANSPORTATION BACK. GO FOX!!! YOU ALL SHOULD BE IN WASHINGTON AS OUR PRESIDENT AND REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE PEOPLE SINCE ALL THE OTHER -CROOKS AND THUGS DON'T GIVE A HOOT ABOUT WHO PUT THEM THERE AND FOR WHAT?? GOOD JOB FOX-KKEEP ON GOING!!!

Yes the Fox news is the only truthful news of all of the other. If you want the lies and Obama lovers then the other channels are for you. I can not believe how bias and deceitful the others are. They are suppose to tell both sides of the news not complete one way street like they like to print. Well they will be crying when the republicans take their seats in the next election and without crooked acorn's help!!

Obama is a child! I bet he lies down on the floor kicks and screams because We The People oppose what he is doing. Go home and suck your thumb! We don't want to see you on Fox news anyway,we get enough of you everywhere else.

  • It amazes and confounds me when friends are unable to engage in a current events discussion i.e. Healthcare,Washington matters, etc. Yet,as Fox News viewers,we end up "bringing everyone up to speed."Interested, yet they are clueless. Obama wants it that way,and Fox keeps "raining on his parade."Those of us watching Fox are at the very least able to answer this:"…compared to what?"Amazingly, after decades most veteran Congressional members are experiencing "senior moments"and don't even remember they work "for the people."They don't have to…"the people"haven't noticed "nothing's changed."Not even their own habits!
