Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich and Obama were friends
Rod Blagojevich’s lawyers want the FBI to give up details of interviews conducted last year of President Obama,his chief of staff,Rahm Emanuel,White House adviser Valerie Jarrett and others as part of the investigation into the former governor.
In a Friday filing,Blagojevich attorneys also asked for information regarding first lady Michelle Obama. However,a source said late Friday that the FBI never interviewed the first lady.
Then-President-elect Obama,Emanuel and Jarrett sat down with the FBI about a year ago —just after Blagojevich was arrested on charges of trying to sell Obama’s recently vacated Senate seat to the highest bidder.
Obama revealed he was interviewed in a report he made public last December.
The defense request,filed in federal court,asks for “notes,transcripts and reports”of interviews with the Obamas,Emanuel,Jarrett and union chiefs Thomas Balanoff and Andy Stern.

That's great James. The wheels of justice are turning slowly,but they are turning. Something is going to give somewhere. There are cases all over the place accusing "OOO"of treason. There's an impeachment move by Floyd Brown that is making headway. We have to remove this man for more reasons than one. He is an enemy of this country.

Sorry there is apparently lots of conflicting and misleading information on the internet regarding Obama's eligibility trial. Evidently the cowardly Judge Carter dismissed the case in back in Oct. I guess we have to go back to drawing board.

Well don't feel bad James. We all want to see this man removed. But there are other wheels of justice turning. I can't see us going until 2012 with this man destroying America so quickly day by day. He has an agenda and a mission. Let's hope something pans out. And your right,judge Carter turned yellow or he was threatened so badly by the other side that he dropped it. I think in my opinion there's more to this than meets the eye. Judges are bought out every day. Here he was so strong on keeping it going and we could all see how he backed down. WHY??? That is the question.

Obama was (is) a legitimate candidate for president (an American citizen),he would eagerly FURNISH THE PROOF to end any questions regarding the matter. ………However,what has his response been?;he has spent almost $1,000,000.00 of OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY to avoid this sensible response,and offered less than offical certification of his ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE,but a second level,non-offical,or acceptable CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH,which the REAL GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT as legal proof of one's citizenship!
As a "common citizen",without the gracious assignment of an "ellitist's unquestioned knowledge"that commoners do not possess,I conclude this Obama character is a non-citizen,a foreign spy or misfit,and an imbedded enemy to destroy America's free enterprise capitalistic system. I agree one hundred percent! I think there is going to come a time when the American are just plain full and I believe we will storm the White house Senate,and Congress and drag these people out and throw them in the streets where they belong!
