FIRST TIME IN U.S. HISTORY THAT A SITTING PRESIDENT’S ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONED BY MEMBER OF CONGRESS

Congressman Nathan Deal sent a letter asking the President to prove his eligibility
The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.
Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgia’s 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obama’s staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.
Now, what does this mean? This is probably the first time in 233 years of American history that a sitting member of the House of Representatives has officially challenged the legitimacy of a sitting president….one full year into his term.
This forever changes the public discourse.
Even if the putative president ignores the challenge, he cannot hide from it, because by doing so he admits his guilt through silence. The question has to be asked near and far, why would a president who has promised greater transparency than any previous administration pay upwards of $2,000,000 of taxpayer money to hide documents that could resolve the matter once and for all time for the cost of $20.00. He has publicly admitted on more than one occasion that his father was NOT an American citizen. This alone disqualifies him from eligibility based on Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution, and consequently makes him a usurper.

Despite Glenn Beck's tirade against the millions of us who want evidentiary vetting of this usurper (shame on state governors, Electoral College members, and Dick Cheney for not requiring this process!) this is a very serious matter and should be pursued as more than tin foil hat wearers who hate a black man in office.
That is the height of arrogant hubris; the liberal maniacs cannot make the matter of legality and Constitutional mandates go away, so they scream, pull their hair, and accuse the logical amongst us of being racist. First, O'Bummer is not truly a 'black' man; he is of mixed race, part of which is white. Secondly, race has absolutely no bearing on qualification (Cosby, where are you?), it's all about the right and qualification to hold office.
If you can stop one second and take a deep breath, thereby allowing your brain to operate and your mouth and ears to still, think about the consequences of someone holding such a powerful office who has no right to be there. Every law, edict, change, addition, subtraction, and the like… everything he does while in official position is null and void!
What amazes me most in this, the most insane period in my political life, is that millions of people are in love with his smile, work ethic (huh?, I was told he was a woman's 'dream man' because he's black and works!), his resonate baritone, his external package.
Consider what Jesus said when speaking to his own generation's corrupt leaders: "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead [men's] bones and all uncleanness.
Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness. Matthew 23:27-28.
Obama puts on a great show, but at the end of the day, he's all smoke and mirrors.
This is one act this country cannot and should not afford.

'Faithful' is absolutely right! This is NOT about race at all…and totally about following the Constitution, our LAWS and making sure that whoever holds the office of President is LOYAL to the United States of America and not a plant of some sort who's loyalties are to other countries, governments, or ideals.
We've seen enough in a year of what this man and his administration seem to believe in, and are pushing forward with, to have serious doubts as to his loyalties to the IDEALS of the USA, in my opinion. The debt being accrued, the money being so freely printed that can ONLY lead to either massive inflation, dollar devaluation or BOTH..and ending with this health care bill which is also against the Constitution when it's being written to mandate that we pay taxes for something we may not want, AND pay those increased taxes for THREE years in advance of even getting what we're being forced to pay for. We NEED to know if this man IS or IS NOT qualified to be in this position. We need MORE and MORE to challange this. I am waiting for the next court date, on this coming up this month, just praying that something sensible will happen.

I agree with faithful 100% and I have read bits and pieces of what the rest of you have said and I agree with you also. It is coming out what kind of person mr. obamie really is. The Bible is really clear about one thing also, what is hidden the dark , will be revealed in the light. NO person can hide ANYTHING from GOD ALMIGHTY, because with HIS power, he will find it and reveal it. Also, something mr. obamie has to remember, that GOD is all seeing, all knowing, so regardless how man may hide anything, HE sees it. You can run, but you CAN NOT hide from GOD. I support My Congressman Nathan Deal 100% in his efforts to unseat this Man Who is undoubtedly trying his best to bring down America. Obama and his Socialists views and ideals will undoubtedly in time do just that, bring down America, if He doesn't bankrupt Us first. I know Nathan Deal as a Man of integrity, as well as a Man of great courage to stand up and speak for the majority of Us Americans, as He has done what so many of Us proud Patriot Americans have wished someone of power to do. If Obama likes his Socialists/Commie political ideals and views so much, then let him do so in a Country that wants such, instead of his trying to shove such down Americans throats. As far as Myself and Everyone I personally know; America is still a Country founded on "Christian" principles and values, as well as can survive quite well as it has for several hundreds of years, on it's present "Constitution" thank You. Impeachment is merely censure, not removal. It's just a slap on the hand. This person in the office of President has already done more than enough to be tried and found guilty of TREASON against the USA. That goes for his circle of czars, as well. WHO has the power to see this through though? Only a very large group of determined citizens, backed by members of Congress, I suspect. Congressman Deal has my respect for speaking out, but much more support is needed. Where are our gutsy heroes hiding?

thanks for these pointers, Faith/Hope. Remember, no matter what happens in the socio/political realm, it pleases God to have Obama there. The Bible says: Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God (Romans 13:1).
I am certainly not advocating that we become LIKE Obama (shudder), but that God is always in control and He tells us that no one has power or authority unless He grants it.
That said, it certainly behooves us all to repent for I firmly believe that Obama was God's selection to attempt to bring us all to our knees and turn from the evil that this world has become.

Folks I know there was a lot about this that doesn't make sense. But I finally figured out the probable truth, and the truth probably is as follows.
1. The President was born in Hawaii. Too much supporting evidence to think otherwise.
BUT…
2. His birth certificate lists his birth country as Kenya.
WHY?
It was 1965. His mother was a hippy so pink she pissed grapefruit juice. She was trying to make her son draft-proof.
Obama's best friend at Harvard said their biggest fear was being drafted during the Reagan years, but Barry said he "had a plan" if that ever happened.
It's the simplest explanation for why he's acting like a goof and spending so much money to keep his COB vaulted away (along with all his college papers and writings)

I hope that all of you fine sounding folks fully realize what is going on here. This isn't about "talking heads" and political points. Its about the FACT, that because of this Constitutional crisis, the nation is alreday under a state of "civil war," and the general population has yet to come to grips with that. I also think that is the very "reason" that every court (so far) has refused to rule on the merits of the case for the last 18 months. If this is continued to be ignored by the general public, I fear that this could ignight "open hostilities" within the U.S. in 2010. I'm starting to think that this was the "plan" from the start, in order to completely dismantel the Constitution
