Obama admits to doubt, pain beneath ‘calm’ exterior

If Obama relies so heavily on faith, why doesn’t he ever attend church?
Nearly a year into his presidency, Barack Obama acknowledged Sunday that he at times is wracked by doubt and disappointment when his key agenda items are slowed by multiple hurdles.
“You know, folks ask me sometimes why I look so calm,” Obama told several hundred worshippers from the pulpit of Washington’s Vermont Avenue Baptist Church, where slain civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr once delivered a sermon.
The US leader is famous of his aura of unflappability in the face of crisis, but he acknowledged that there are sometimes roiling emotions beneath the surface.
“I have a confession to make. There are times when I’m not so calm. My wife knows. There are times when progress seems too slow. There are times when the words that are spoken about me hurt. There are times when the barbs sting. There are times when it feels like all these efforts are for naught,” he added.

Don't know if you guys caught this, but he almost slipped and said the word MUSLIM from his lips. Listen closely. He is such a hypocrite. He is a Muslim, what is he doing in a Black bible church? Just trying to look good? As Rev. Manning said, he's not Black. And he has nothing to do with Martin Luther King who fought for freedom. This man is just the opposite, taking our FREEDOMS AWAY!

Too bad he's not coherent enough to remember all the lies and extortions he freely utters about Bush, Cheney, and any other who dares not to worship "The One." Oh that's right. Only his feelings count.

Remember, the Koran says it's okay to act like, dress like, behave like your enemy in order to fool them and overtake them. That's why Obama can attend a Baptist church, why Michelle can wear "decadent" Western clothes and make-up. They have permission from Allah because they're working very hard to install Islam in America.
