The way team Obama reacted has left our nation more vulnerable
The real scandal surrounding the failed Christmas Day airline bombing was not the fact that a terrorist got on a plane —that can happen to any administration,as it surely did to the Bush administration —but what happened afterward when Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was captured and came under the full control of the U.S. government.
After 50 minutes of questioning him,the Obama administration chose,reflexively and mindlessly,to give the chatty terrorist the right to remain silent. Which he immediately did,undoubtedly denying us crucial information about al-Qaeda in Yemen,which had trained,armed and dispatched him.
We have since learned that the decision to Mirandize Abdulmutallab had been made without the knowledge of or consultation with (1) the secretary of defense,(2) the secretary of homeland security,(3) the director of the FBI,(4) the director of the National Counterterrorism Center or (5) the director of national intelligence (DNI).
The Justice Department acted not just unilaterally but unaccountably. Obama’s own DNI said that Abdulmutallab should have been interrogated by the HIG,the administration’s new High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group.
Obama is doing every thing he can to protect his Moslem friends. He started by closing the prison in Cuba and is continuing by moving the 9-11 killers from a Military Tribunal which would issue death sentences to all participants to a popcorn court house where the cases would drag on and on and probably end up with mild prison sentences. He is so anti-American,he should be impeached. In the near future there is supose to be a session in court where a decision is to be made on his place of birth. To date,he has not proved that he is an American citizen. It is a known fact that he spent thousands of dollars covering up where he was born. He has already made our once –great nation to the equivalent of a third world country. Every move he makes creates more problems! He must go ASAP!!!

I don't care if he was born in the back yard of my parent's home in NY…when he went to Pakistan,in his own words in is first book,he has convicted himself…I say this why??? I was working for the "Agency"back then and I tried,with a US passport and papers that qualified me,and that was late Aug or early Sept. 1980…at tat time NO US PASSPORT was allowed into Pakistan…. so the question is:Under what Passport was he travelling????? Not US so what??? Kenyan??? Indonesian???? What ever??? He was not a US Citizen then and he is not one now!!!!!

It really does not have anything to do with what he produces…. He screwed himself when he announced his visit to Pakistan…. We need to see his Passport!!!! He did not travel on a US passport then and he is not an american now!!!!

Wow! Great you are 100% and it seems some one must be trying to keep him in power. Why he had spent $1.5 millions in lawyered himself up? What is he hiding from the American people? It had been real easy to hand all the documents as Mcshame did when he was asked,even though I think they were wrong since he was born in a Navy American base where his father was stationed ! Why Pelosi,whose signature is on the papers,investigate properly? Everyone knows his father was a Muslim,not an American BORN citizen. I think she should be tried too,with all who failed to do the proper job investigation,before approving his right to be the candidate to the Highest Position in our U.S.A.??? Only when they were completely sure he can be approved for it,(which is not by his father) then should be signed. Pelosi dual standards?
Is outrageous this man don't even respect the citizens,nor the Supreme Court Judges. We never experience such disrespect from none of our President. It really say a lot about this messiahs.

I forgot to mention!! I am 13 pages into a paper entitled,"Is Obama a Sleeper Agent"…. I think that he is but I have not discovered yet who for…. But it begs to question,why,out of all the African American students in the US,did Sheik Al Monsour,who has been tied to funding terrorists,pay his tuition at Harvard?????

Holder got the release of Puerto rican terrorists…He wants to have KSM tried in a civilian court and grant him full constitutional rights…those rights will be bestowed on KSM and his buddies and then the ACLU lawyers will move for Dismissal of all charges because all of those Constitutional Right were violated…. That is their game and their End Play…If KSM and his buddies are given Constitutional Rights they will walk free!!!

By the way,the Rights will be made retro-active back to the day they were captured…. NOT ARRESTED!!!! And quuite frankly,they did not commit their crimes in the US…The plotted their crimes in Afghanistan or Pakistan so just that does not put them in the US Federal court….. They are no different than a Gestapo Agent that we captured in France after D-Day!!!!! The only right that they have is the Right to DIE!!!!!
We have a very interesting situation here with Obama. Clearly he does not
care what the American people want. What I want to know is,what kind of
hold does he have on Congress? These people (congress) are supposed
to balance the power of the presidency and the judiciary and yet they are
being bought off by bribes. Is there no integrity? Do they really think Obama
and his cronies will make good on their promises? I know here in New Mexico our representatives are like sleeping dogs as far as standing up for
what the people want.. We need to stay fired up during the next two years
because if we don't we might end up with a dictatorship and a congress
that is next to worthless.
