A bombshell has just exploded in the 2010 elections.
For the second time in five months,the Obama White House is being accused —by Democrats —of offering high ranking government jobs in return for political favors. What no one is reporting is that this is a violation of federal law that can lead to prison time,a fine or both,according to Title 18,Chapter 11,Section 211 of the United States Code.
The jobs in question? Secretary of the Navy and a position within the U.S. Agency for International Development.
The favor requested in return? Withdrawal from Senate challenges to two sitting United States Senators,both Democrats supported by President Obama. The Senators are Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania and Michael Bennet in Colorado.

Great…we now know this administration has actually committed crimes. The truth is,there are probably a host of other crimes,but,no one is aware of them at this time &perhaps they will be shoved under the carpet for all eternity.
The real issue…………exactly who in this administration or government,does anyone expect will seek to investigate &/or prosecute those who have committed these crimes against the American people?
Eric Holder? Yeah,right. This guy won't even prosecute thugs who were caught on film threatening or acting in a threatening manner at a PA polling station when Obama was elected. This is the guy who plans show trials in NYC against KSM.
Why conduct show trails? Because the uber left sees this as an opportunity to try to put the Bush administration on public trial. They are frothing at the mouth excited that they can present any &every accusation they can dream up against Bush –Cheney &anyone else in that administration whom they can get anything at all to stick to,even if its patently false or at least reasonably subjective. What are the odds anyone would stand up &defend Bush &company? In fact,saying nothing would be best since openly attacking anyone from that administration &putting them on trial in the media is exactly what the uber left want. Face it,American media is so biased,the odds anyone from the Bush administration or a conservative would get even the remotest possibility of a fair hearing,are incalculable?
Americans now know a truly biased administration,a truly biased federal bureaucracy,assures those in power or under their protection,will never face criminal prosecution for any of their crimes.
The problem is Cubbies,will anyone prosecute these clowns for doing this,you know it was extremely hard to nail Nixon!! So,how much easier would it be to nail Obummer and his ilk??? Good Luck!!!!
