Will Obama be forced to testify under oath?
The defense team for deposed Gov. Rod Blagojevich has moved to subpoena President Barack Obama to testify at Blagojevich’s corruption trial.
Blagojevich has pleaded not guilty to charges that accuse him of scheming to sell or trade the Senate seat left vacant by Obama’s election as president.
The motion filed Thursday says Obama was interviewed for two hours by prosecutors and FBI agents regarding the Blagojevich case,and the defense filed a motion asking for all transcripts,notes and reports from that interview. But the defense never received the documents,the motion said.
The motion also claims that prosecutors say Blagojevich met a labor union official whom he believed to be in contact with President Obama,and told the official he would appoint a certain candidate to the vacant Senate seat. In exchange,Blagojevich expected to be named secretary of Health and Human Services,the motion says prosecutors claim.

In fact,I expect the Bible to begin burning up beneath his

How I dislike this person.. he makes my skin crawl
every time I look at him. But then,what can you
expect when you are looking at Satan incarnate.
I am so amazed to see the people in office that we have,of course start with Obama,but did you see Blagojevich on Celebrity Apprentice? and then there's Barney Frank….what? Either they are just old or stupid. How did they get elected? What ever happened to men who had integrity,honor,loyalty? Can't say much for the women either,look at Clinton and Pelosi,now that's scary too
Good question with no answers unless you are an insider
at the White House or in with the corrupt politicians.
They might tell you how Barney Frank not only was
elected but manages to maintain his office
and as for Pelosi and Clinton,those two are
power-hungry and ruthless without any insight
nor compassion for the rest of the middle-class
Americans.. Pelosi is like a madwoman driving
an armored tank,running down anyone or any
concept which gets in her way. She must be
a descendant of Cleopatra.
Just as Obama was voted in by ignorant
people,some of whom are STILL ignorant
and hanging onto their muddied beliefs,
so were these others voted in without
any in -depth research by the hasty voters,
the ones who wanted to prove that
Obama being black indicates that we
are past the stigma of the Civil War and
slavery,etc. Now the chickens have come
home to roost and the rest of us are paying
for their altruistic actions.

Right after Blago was arrested,Obama claimed he never talked to Blago about the Senate seat. After all,Obama claims he's had little contact with Blago. NBC Chicago catches Obama in a whopping lie. Some redacted portions of an Obama subpoena request have been unearthed:

On Harris Cell Phone Call # 139,John Harris and Governor’s legal counsel discuss a conversation Blagojevich had with President-elect Obama. The government claims a conspiracy existed from October 22,2008 continuing through December 9,2008.6 That conversation is relevant to the defense of the government’s theory of an ongoing conspiracy. Only Rod Blagojevich and President Obama can testify to the contents of that conversation. The defense is allowed to present evidence that corroborates the defendant’s testimony.
