Three judges on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals are beginning to review a case that alleges Barack Obama is not eligible to be president – in fact,he may not even be American.
The federal court case was brought by attorney Mario Apuzzo on behalf of plaintiffs Charles Kerchner and others,and had been dismissed at the district court level.
Arguments earlier had been scheduled for June 29 in the dispute,but a court order recently cancelled the hearing and instead announced the case would be decided based on the merits of the legal briefs submitted by attorneys.
A document from court clerk Marcia Waldron said the case will be decided by Judge Dolores Sloviter,who was appointed by Jimmy Carter;Maryanne Trump Barry,who was appointed by Bill Clinton;and Thomas Hardiman,who was appointed by George W. Bush.
The filings were due on the day the hearing would have been held,but there’s no published timetable for a decision to be released.
The case argues Obama probably is not even a U.S. citizen,much less a "natural born citizen"as required by the U.S. Constitution of the chief executive officer.

Your right! We have a right! And NO person who is not an American citizen should hold the highest office in the land;let alone someone who is not a 'NATURAL BORN CITIZEN'as the constitution states.
Obama has already proven that he was born in Hawaii,and the UNANIMOUS vote of the Congress to confirm him and the refusal of a single member of the Electoral College to change her or his vote shows that all the blather about his father's citizenship or dual nationality affecting Natural Born status is simply smoke. It is not the law. It is not in the Constitution.

The meaning of Natural Born Citizen at the time of the writing of the Constitution was simply "born in the country with the exception of the children of foreign diplomats."

Not a single member of Congress has called for an investigation of Obama's place of birth,and none has called for impeachment.

Both Kennedy and Reagan referred to Ireland as their home country.

Obama has shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii and the facts on it were confirmed by the officials in Hawaii and the governor of hawaii.

There is a second reason why Obama is Constitutionally disqualified from holding the Office. Immediately following the "natural born"clause is a provision stating that only one who could have been a citizen AT THE TIME THE CONSTITUTION WAS ADOPTED may serve as President.
Obama is dependant entirely upon the 14th Amendment for his citizenship (if he is indeed a citizen at all) which did not exist untill after the Civil War. He most likely would have been a slave AT THE TIME THE CONSTITUTION WAS ADOPTED. He could not have been admitted to citizenship in this country at that time. He is a government created "subject",not one of the "People"of the United States,who as its Founders,serve as government's "principal"and master.
He is not an American inside or out,He is a lying Traitor to America.
This case will be decided simply on the matter of whether the plaintiffs had standing to sue. In the extremely unlikely event that the court rules that the plaintiffs do have standing to sue (not one in about sixty court cases have so far),the case would go back to a lower court to make a decision on the Natural Born Citizen matter.
McCain used exactly the same issue,that the plaintiffs do not have standing to sue,in getting the birther case against him thrown out.
