The plan calls for open borders where a free flow of commercial goods and people having free egress and ingress is provided. This means abolishing borders, national sovereignty, and the nation itself. Enforcing the Constitution and its laws is a hinderance to the development of the American Union, a commercial cartel which is designed to unjustly enrich the moneyed special interests. This of course is TREASON. Politicians routinely all deny this, even though it is in plain view and self evident to everyone. Who cares what the Constitution says if you have a secure majority, the only ones protesting are an ineffective minority that can't do anything about it.
