Smoking Gun Memo on Obama’s Force-through Amnesty

By Robert VerBruggen,National Review Online

According to an internal U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services memo going the rounds of Capitol Hill and obtained by National Review, the agency is considering ways in which it could enact “meaningful immigration reform absent legislative action” — that is,without the consent of the American people through a vote in Congress.
“This memorandum offers administrative relief options to . . . reduce the threat of removal for certain individuals present in the United States without authorization,” it reads.

Also:“In the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform,USCIS can extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals and groups by issuing new guidance and regulations, exercising discretion with regard to parole-in-place,deferred action and the issuance of Notices to Appear (NTA),and adopting significant process improvements.”
In recent weeks,Sen. Chuck Grassley and others in Congress have been pressing the administration to disavow rumors that a de facto amnesty is in the works, including in a letter to Department of Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano. “Since the senators first wrote to the president more than a month ago,we have not been reassured that the plans are just rumors, and we have every reason to believe that the memo is legitimate,” a Grassley spokesman tells NR. (NR contacted DHS,but a spokesman did not have a comment on the record.)

Many of the memo’s proposals are technical and fine-grained;for example,it suggests clarifying the immigration laws for “unaccompanied minors, and for victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other criminal activities.” It also proposes extending the “grace period” H-1B visa holders have between the expiration of their visa and the date they’re expected to leave the country.

This kind of thing is uncovered all the time but nothing is ever done about it. Good people stand by and do nothing and evail runs rampant. So what do you think the Republicans are going to do with this and all the other evidence available to them? Absolutely nothing they are afraid of their own shadows.

  • Just one more thing by the hyphenated half-white clueless juvenile kid that raised my already-above-boiling-point anger with this administration. I used to think in spite of differences between conservatives and liberals that surely there were some intelligent people in the liberal group but apparently not. I mean, how sleazy can you get? Clueless simply ignores the Constitution –the supreme law of the land that he took an oath before the world to protect and uphold. If a liberal did that it would be treason. Duh!

Try this for a time line. Our African president gives amnesty to all the Hispanic criminals now here illegally. They, out of their love for him,are willing to do anything for their new found god will enlist in Obama's personal army which will be needed to protect him during the planned national emergency soon to be scheduled, therefore setting the scene for widespread chaos allowing the U.S. to slip further into Muslim morass while the new "National Security Force"faces the wrath of the general public. Put you own dates on the various dates for each occurance, they WILL happen. Only a matter of time.

Obama is inelligible to be President as he could not have been a citizen AT THE TIME THE CONSTITUTION WAS ADOPTED. He is dependant entirely upon the 14th Amendment for his citizenship. He is a government created "subject". He is an "alien to the blood"(non-sanguinity) and a cognate, not an agnatic citizen.

Consider the offered metafor:The Ship of State, owned and operated by the constituional "Psterity",has been authorized to pick up hitchhikers by the 14th Amendment.

Now there are so many hitchhikers on the Ship that they think the Ship belongs to them, and are trying to kick the Ship's owners and paying passengers off.

We now have a "hichhiker"in the Captain's cabin who has threatened to CHANGE the direction and destination of the Ship.

    Go figure.

Well,I say impeachment is in order but not one republican has the balls to get it started. And if one of the bums did, there would be a civil up-rising for sure. So,the best thing we can do is start voting all incumbents out in Nov. 2010,and the rest in 2012. too include the nit-wit,first and foremost.

Boy,here we go…IF YOU KNOW THIS CRAP IS HAPPENING,SO DO THE REPUBLICANS…WE CAN BLOG ABOUT IT UNTIL KINGDOM COMES,BEING UPSET AND ANGRY BUT WHAT CAN WE DO. WE CAN TRY TO VOTE THOSE IDIOTS OUT AND THAT IS ALL! I AM ABOUT READY TO QUIT READING THESE "FLASHES"…NOTHING WILL BE DONE…AGAIN!!!

Just try this amnesty trickery and a REAL REVOLUTION will follow!

  • Every day that passes, there is more evidence and reasons to IMPEACH Obama. He's the worst President in the history of America. He has disgraced the oval office more than any other, and America has endured some doozies.

    IMPEACH OBAMA IN 2010 http://www.impeachobamacampaign.com/

This is his start of becoming a DICTATOR,and that his his goal.BELIEVE IT.

Yes you are right we need a politician that has the guts to stand against Congress and the Senators.
.To remain a free country ,make it a point to call and write to all of the Republicans in office and the ones running for office.and DEMAND they do what they were put in office to do for the people,
Right now they will listen because they want to keep their job and they know also they can be replaced with a new face that is egar to go to Washington.
This is the only way we can do it,but we have to start NOW.
I don't care if your a Democrate this is not about party this is about saving AMERICA.

  • nice article. i like obama. dont impeach him
