Passport documents for Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro recently released by the State Department did not include any birth-certificate documentation for Barack Obama,despite a memorandum in the file claiming he was born in Honolulu.
The released documents indicate Dunham’s husband,Lolo Soetoro,petitioned the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the State Department in 1967 to obtain a waiver to return to the United States to rejoin his wife and her infant son,Barack Obama Jr.
A WND timeline drawn from the State Department’s July 29 Freedom of Information Act release of passport documents indicates Lolo Soetoro returned to Indonesia July 20,1966,after completing his studies at the University of Hawaii. Soetoro was required to complete a mandatory two-year residence requirement in Indonesia before he could be granted a visa to return to the U.S.
In an apparent attempt to establish the nationality of Barack Obama Jr.,a person named Mix submitted a poorly typed and difficult-to-decipher memo to the file,dated Sept. 14,1967,without identifying any official position he or she may have held with State Department at that time.

Being ex-army,I would think your view regarding our current administration would be contrary to what you have written. It takes a Natural Born Citizen to meet the requirement of CIC. Natural Born Citizens are those born in a country to citizen parents. That published birth record was proven not to be legit. Obama could end all this business by simply telling Hawaii to release his birth certificate. He could also tell the colleges that he attended to release all his records –but no,he spent millions to keep all this "secret"! He is a poor example of some one we can trust as president. There are positive rights and negative rights. Positive rights say that you have the right to do something. Negative rights are those that somebody else cannot take from you. For example,the First Amendment doesn't state that you have the right to free speech,it states that Congress can make no law infringing your right to free speech. That's a clear example of a negative right. It's not that it's a bad thing,it's just the nature of the right.
It's the same thing as when people got worked up when Obama said that the Constitution as originally written was flawed,ignoring that he was referring to the Constitution's endorsement/tolerance of race-based slavery.

As previously reported here,all pre-1965 passport records for Stanley Ann Dunham(Obama's Mama) were said to be destroyed even though they are required to maintain passport records for 100 years. The State Department website states the Passport Services maintain passport records for passports issued from 1925 to present.
Christopher Strunk whom obtained the said Dunham records just submitted his 'Declaration in Opposition to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment to Dismiss'[Strunk v Department of State et al. DCD 08-cv-2234 (RJL)] in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The first ten pages from the declaration posted below and the full declaration embedded below that. The first ten sections pretty much sum the treason up. I encourage all to read the entire declaration and exhibits . It is very clear many people are involved in the biggest scam perpetrated against the American people in our history."
