Hank Williams Jr.,the voice famous for asking millions of viewers if they’re ready for some football, has been pulled from Monday’s broadcast of “Monday Night Football” over a comment he made on Fox News this morning…

This afternoon,ESPN released a statement to the affirmative:

“While Hank Williams,Jr. is not an ESPN employee,we recognize that he is closely linked to our company through the open to Monday Night Football. We are extremely disappointed with his comments, and as a result we have decided to pull the open from tonight’s telecast.”

During its live broadcast,ESPN avoided any mention of Williams’s remarks…ESPN didn’t entirely avoid mention of the story;its website ran an article covering both the decision to remove Williams and his controversial remarks.

What do you have against FREE SPEECH? Don't be such chickenshits! Apologize for your lack of tolerance and give Hank his job back! DO IT NOW,YOU JERKS!!!@

If he had said that about Bush a few years ago nothing absolutely nothing would have happened.

We should protect the right to freedom of speech by writing and calling ESPN to protest this outrageous act by ESPN Obamabots! We need to put an end to Orwellian "PC Police"and start defending our rights under the constitution.
If I were Hank I'd sue ESPN and DIsney for violation of my civil rights.

You know what the worst part of this is? Hank is right. Just look at the moves that president "0"has been making over the last year. They closly reflect the moves that Hitler made in 1939-1940. Those who fail to read history are destine to repeate it. I would not at all be suprised if president "0"declares marshall law and trys to cancel this round of elections. Its not really that far fetched and it could happen.

Evidently U.S Constitutional guaranteed FREE-SPEECH can only be exercised
    by leftist's,progressive's,liberal/communist/i'slamics,Planned Un-Parent's-in the
Hoods, the alfabet crowd (LGBT'ers) and ESPN censors. The sponsor's of ESPN should speak up–take some responsibility in defense of our liberty or be
boycotted by patriots. FREE SPEECH denial by ESPN is a violation of our
constitution and our right to hear opinions that are part of the make-up of free-
speech rights. Obama's ACORN leadership is akin to Hitler like conduct,as is
his treatment of the Cambridge Police Dept;his selection of racist Eric Holder to be America's Atty Gen,his apology to i'slam, his appointment of communist's czar's,his support for baby genocide, his homosexual promotion agenda and his
support and affiliation with the New Black Pansy Party;all Adolf Hitler like conduct.

I wish it were that easy to pull politicians from their jobs over similar and more repulsive statements (words and gestures) they make on TV,and in public. I will not watch Monday night football.

Can't wait to purchase Hanks CDs.

  • If Bill Clinton could be impeached and then given a pass for playing with the blue dress under the desk–moral turpitude is grounds for dismissal and they didn't. So will these big talk legislators let big "O"get away with stealing the country? Or even of amnesty against the will of the voters and Congress? His travesty of our laws he swore to uphold along with his cronies is just one more administrative law from a complete takeover and Justice Dept flouting their responsibility. a

I watched Hank live Monday morning. The man called it as he and millions more really see it. Always liked Hank but he earned my undying respect for speaking the truth, which to LIEBERALS,is akin to the crucifix was to the Vampire.
What a great American and Patriot.
ESPN can eat $hit from now on. And shame on the Colts and Buccaneers for not standing up for Hank.

The White House must have put a scare into ESPN just like they did to Ford. No negative talk about the President.

  • VINCE

THIS WILL BE DISASTROUS FOR THE STATION TO PULL HANKS INTRO FOR MAKING A STATEMENT COMPLETELY OKAY WITH MOST PEOPLE. AGREE OR DISAGREE,SINCE WHEN CAN'T SOME ONE EXPRESS THEIR OPINION WITH OUT A NET WORK TRYING TO STYFLE FREE SPEECH.. VINCE VENTRES

I agree with Hank Williams Jr. and many people do. ABC must owm ESPN and they are the most liberal of all the tv media. The president is nothing but a socialist muslim illegal.
