I have not heard any Obama eligibility defender directly outline why Obama IS a natural born citizen. Can they say that the birth certificate Obama put out in April authentic? No they can't. Can they say Obama's father was an American citizen? No they can't. Then,why is it OK for him to run for office,according to our Constitution?
A better approach is a petition for an Ex-Parte DeclatoryJudgement on what constitutes a "natural born"citizen leaving obama out of the equation at this time. When a Judgement issues,THEN apply it to obama. Not being a party to the action,HE would have no "standing"to interfere with the procedings.

Its a very simple solution. Every state can send a message to Mr. Obama Prove to me the American citizen that you are eligable to be on the ballott or we will remove you name from the ballott.
