A hearing has been set for January 26,2012,for the purpose of hearing the complaint of David Weldon,a citizen living in Georgia,where he questioned the Constitutionality of President Obama being allowed on the Georgia presidential ballot.
The hearing here in Atlanta will be on January 26th at 9 a.m. Since this is a public hearing,the public can attend. The location is the Justice Center Building,160 Pryor St,Atlanta,GA – Courtroom G40 on the ground floor.
On January 3,2012,Judge Malihi denied the request from Mr. Obama’s attorneys to dismiss the case accusing him of not being qualified to be on the ballot;and therefore,ineligible to run for President this year in Georgia. They contend that since both of his parents were not citizens,that makes him ineligible.
After filing the complaint,Mr. Weldon,contacted Liberty Legal Foundation and requested their assistance. As of December,2012,they have been representing him. The Liberty Legal Foundation,headed by Constitutional attorney Van Irion,assisted Weldon and prepared the opposition for the motion to dismiss.
I am praying for a fair trail based on the merits of case. A trial that allows for discovery,and the forensic examination of the evidence,A trial that demands that supoenas are fully enforced. A trial that allows for expert witnesses and their cross examination under penalty of perjury. A REAl trial,not another miscarriage of justice. I ask this in your name LORD,Thy will and not mine be done.

Can't we keep fairy tales out of these discussions? Bloodless,go campaign for the idiot Santorum! Now,hopefully the truth will prevail in this proceeding. You have to look at natural born in the way the founding fathers viewed it when they wrote the Constitution! Natural Born was added as a requirement for becoming President to keep a foreigner (Brit) from coming over to the new America and getting elected President and destroying the new Country from the inside out. Just Google (John Jay,George Washington,Natural Born). The Constitution's A2,S1,p5 has never been amended and no Judge,Jury,Congressman,Senator,bill or Law can change the Constitution. So A2,S1,p5 is still in effect. Obama is a Kenyan Brit even if he is half American citizen so under A2,S1,p5 he is ineligible to be POTUS by the language added by John Jay to prevent a Brit from becoming President. This should be obvious to any intelligent mind.
Don't be surprised if the Judge was made an offer that he can't refuse on the 26th,and the outcome with him will be like all the other pleading brought before past courts. As much as I hope and pray that Obama will be found ineligible,he is going to get a pass.
