I worked for various lawyers in Dallas. I can tell you this. When the Defendant simply chooses NOT to show up and doesn't file to "re-set"to date for a hearing,etc., the Plaintiff WINS by a Default Judgment.

I would assume that if Obama ignores the Subpoena,then he fails to present proof of his eligibility. If he is not eligible to be on the ballot in Georgia,he should not be on it. As far as impeachment goes,his impeachment would not deport him. It would just remove him from office. However,there is some argument that impeachment is a remedy reserved for a person who legally acquired his or her office. Obama is a fraudulent usurper subject to indictment,trial,and imprisonment –not impeachment. That's just my opinion and I'm not an expert.
