This is a good sign. Let's use an example everyone may understand. IF someone files a complaint or law suit against you and you "choose"not to show up. They win due to a "Default Judgment." What can happen after this is every state gets on the ball (or rather IF every Tea Party kicks it in gear if no one else does — Since he didn't show up to defend himself…They can legally take him off of the ballot. Do you see where I am going with this? IF every state (or even the majority of states) filed the same thing in Court —he wouldn't show up to that either and WE would win by a Default Judgment. He could legally be taken OFF of every ballot.
