At a town hall meeting in Lady Lake,Florida,a woman said Barack Obama is a Muslim,ineligible to be president,violates the Constitution,and should be kicked out of office —and Rick Santorum did not correct her. The woman began:
I never refer to Obama as President Obama because legally he is not. He constantly says that our Constitution is passé,and he ignores it as you know and does what he darn well pleases. He is an avowed Muslim and my question is,why isn’t something being done to get him out of government? He has no legal right to be calling himself president
Santorum responded that Obama’s “recess”appointments would cause him to “draw the line.”He said he may name that woman his first czar.
That’s much different than John McCain,who called Obama “a family man”on the campaign trail in 2008. For some reason,the compliment did not get McCain elected president.
The gentle lady is absolutely correct –why hasn't something been done? It isn't for lack of interest,and it isn't due to lack of information. Members of Congress are in the best position to do something to get Obama removed,and it sure won't be done by the Democrats. That leaves the Republicans and RINOs,but maybe it is too much of a risk for them to take. Yet,reportedly a majority of citizens have doubts about BHO's eligibility to be President,so where's the risk? Obama might sic the IRS auditors on a real mover,but their tax affairs should be in order (unless they are members of BHO's Cabinet). This Georgia judge has a backbone,and I just hope other states follow his lead and also file suit to keep his name off the ballot. That would really be just desserts,since that's how Obama won his election to the Illinois senate –by getting the names of other candidates removed due to using legal loopholes
Your post IS correct. Obama got his opposition thrown off the ballot in Il. by some technicality,so he had No One opposing him. It's the way things are done by Obama. But he and his ilk will scream bloody murder if someone else does that to him. The only hope I have is that Sheriff Joe Apraio who IS investigating Obama's eligibility DOES uncover this fraud's REAL hidden past. Obama,Holder,etal are trying to "silence,smear and intimidate Sheriff Joe,but he doesn't scare too easily,so I hope and pray he brings this ALL to fruition. I am SO sick of this Crooked Regime and that Fraud in the Whitehouse and what he is doing deliberately to bring about America's Demise,I could (and do) just scream. He is so used to Conning people,with his slickness,as he's done all his life,and no one has EVER said no to this guy and now,these "spineless Wimps in Congress are so afraid to be called racist,they cower in the corner like little frightened schoolgirls". No Wonder people have such a low regard for Congress.

No way,if he's elected out,WHO will declare Martial Law? If he's elected out and has a hissy fit,whoever he pays or "organizes"to riot in the streets will be stopped by appropriate force,jailed,and Obama will have to accept his defeat,or invoke legal charges against him that could dig up all his crimes,and that would lead to a devastating verdict worse than being ousted as so called "president". / traitor rather…He'd be hard pressed to let it rest without his treasonous acts taken to trial.
why is there doubt about this bum's eligibility? he is not eligible because both his parents were not american citizens.

The lady is absolutely right. There's no question about Barry's eligibility simply by reading his book "Dreams from My father".
Even if he was a natural born citizen (which we know he wasn't),he lost that status when he was adopted by his stepfather as an Indonesian citizen.
If he repatriated,he could only regain his citizenship by naturalization. He knows it and congress knows it (I think). So why did they allow it to happen? And why are they backing him on all of his usurpation acts?.
And to push that a step forward,I'll bet any of you $10 bucks to a donut he isn't even an American citizen.
The only thing Obama believes in is stealing whie peoples money!

I am appalled that he is still President…How can this be? What is wrong with our people? If we have proof that the SS number is false –everything else is oviously false also. He should be imprisoned and Michelle (his wife) should be imprisoned also. I would say to begin with treason,fraud,theft and the list goes on. I'm particularly bitter about how he backs the TSA and won't do anything to keep out the Mexican cartels.
We have sworn testimony from experts on the subject. I don't believe "proof"happens until after a trial. Problem is that no one who can really do anything has the balls to even discuss the possibility that the putative president is an imposter,a fraud and a common criminal,let along do anything about it.

That beautiful lady is Dr. Orly Taitz,who is an attorney and a dentist
in Southern CA. She has been fighting this fight with corrupt judges
and lawyers for over 3 years now.
She has been stonewalled at every turn.
Judges rule against her,fine her,and change their
minds at the last minute about allowing her to testify.
One judge,Land,I think is his name,fined her 20,000 dollars
because he said it was a 'frivolous case'…he apparently was
threatened by Obama's thugs and/or paid a lot of money to betray her.
Judge Carter,in Calif. was all gung-ho to give her standing
and the next thing…he did not listen to the case. He barely
held his head up high in the courtroom. He knew he was
a traitor.
She is running for the Senate .. also ran for Secretary of State
in Calif. to rid them of Democrat Diane Feinstein.
She needs to be voted into a position where she can

Yes,I believe they know,and it's unconscionable that they allowed this to happen. They are complicit. All they cared about was his half black race. The hell with the country,those he's victimizing,those that died on his watch,like the soldiers,Navy Seals,Brian Terry,the Ice Agent,and over 200 mexicans. All that mattered was his half black skin color.

Congress and the media are complicit in the biggest fraud/charade in history. Because of their complicity they will never admit he is ineligible or a common criminal. That makes Obama unimpeachable and untouchable.
