WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal challenging President Barack Obama’s U.S. citizenship and his eligibility to serve as commander in chief.
Without comment,the high court on Monday refused to hear an appeal from Alan Keyes,Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the challengers did not have legal standing to file the lawsuit.

Obama,or one of his lackies,has intimidated the SCOUS to many times and in so many ways,they are afraid to do anything meaningful. They are allowing Kagan to vote on Obamacare when she should recuse themselves. The refuse to hear Obama's eligibility issue when there is tons of evidence,his own words even,that point to his not being eligible. They allow Eric Holder to lie day after day while testifying. The allow Obama and Napolitano to decide which laws will be enforced and which will not. I think they are terribly scared about what they will have to do to overturn all of Obama's Executive Orders and all of his other unconstitional follies. His attempts to intimidate the Supreme Court should have landed him in prison for contempt immediately.
I am not clear concerning your criticism of Judge Napolitano…he does KNOW what he is talking about. The Judge DOES speak out quite frequently.

Since the Constitution is the entire foundation of our nation,every United States citizen is harmed when the constitution is not followed,Therefore any United States citizen should have standing in any court case involving a potential violation of the Constitution.Maybe what needs to be done is to challenge the validity of a law which Obama has signed,which caused some harm to some individual,based on his eligibility to serve as the president. Since he is not a "natural born"citizen due to his father not being a U.S. citizen,any law signed by him would be invalidated.
