Thanks to our friends at WND.com we are able to share with you a video of the eligibility hearing held earlier today in Florida. This is the hearing where Obama’s lawyer argued that Obama isn’t the Democrat nominee so his eligibility cannot be checked.

One thing is for certain and sure. Never in the history of America has there been a so called president so willing to cloak himself in the Constitution while at the same time destroying it. There is no hope of the courts declaring obama not eligible to seek the presidency. He has already achieved that. Therefore the only hope America has is congress. In as much as they are complicit in obamas crimes of treason and sedition they too are very unlikely to be of any help to America. They are all corrupt and should be jailed in GITMO as the enemy combatants they truly are.

I could not open the video. Hopefully,someone will know if it will be available on CD. Romney should use "all"of Obama's past quotes to help hang Obama. He stated he would stand with the Muslims if the political winds turned ugly,I would guess that only a Muslim would say that. He stated that if he wasn't able to turn the economy around in 3 years,he would be only a one term president. He had no clue how to fix it then,and he still doesn't…..There are a jillion quotes that he has made that are recorded that will help us hang him. Just publish his own quotes to hang himself.

Though it should be illegal,a candidate can be nominated without being thoroughly vetted;Obama and the 2008 campaign are proof of that and the disastrous consequences have already been made blaringly evident.
