I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Chief Justice John Roberts for assisting the Obama regime in placing another nail in America’s coffin. Not only did he agree with the liberal communists;he gave them an out by stating that the individual mandate was a TAX rather than something that could be controlled through the commerce clause. The Obama regime had stated from the onset of this Constitution-killing legislation that the mandate was not a tax.
All this was ompounded by the fact that Justice Elena Kagen was Obama’s solicitor general (and while working in that capacity was working on a defense for the Constitutionality of Obamacare.) Ultimately,Kagen refused to recuse herself from the proceedings,and Roberts never pressed the issue.
Then we have Justice Roberts’refusal to hear anything regarding Obama’s eligibility to be President,as characterized by a comment made by Justice Thomas stating that they were avoiding that issue.
Chief Justice Roberts and the majority of the Supreme Court have sold out the American people and have ultimately set fire to the US Constitution. They are nothing more than the latest group of spineless cowards to cave in to the Obama regime. Thank you again,Chief Justice Roberts;you helped America die just a little bit more today. My fellow Americans,please stay safe and always be aware of your surroundings. It’s gonna get dicey from here.

Term limits for all,including Supreme Court Injustices. Roberts either has dementia,was bought off or is being blackmailed. Regardless,he is unfit to sit on the court along with the other unfits. THE REPUBLICANS SHOULD HAVE AND COULD HAVE STOOD THEIR GROUND AND DEMANDED THAT KAGAN RECUSE HERSELF BUT THEY WOULD NOT. We have nobody to trust or to uphold our values anymore. What is happening is that the citizens are protesting only on blogs like this one.
Until Millions and Millions of Americans send emails,letters,phone calls,
march in the streets,become vociferous,nothing will be done and they will
win their game because they can.. they can rig the machines for voting,
no ID is required at some precincts,deceased people and their dogs
can vote without any identity required,and the jig is up.
It will come down to becoming physical,with mass marches in the streets,
and not taking 'no'for an answer. It will come to a Civil War,a Revolutionary War,
or whatever you want to call it,to make our voices heard so that they
comprehend that we the people are the ones who make the decisions,
not them. They are our paid (overpaid) employees and they are milking
us financially and constitutionally.
This Obama care health farce is not constitutional. It is being thrust down our
throats with a cloak saying there is no penalty.. just a tax. They cannot tax
us for something we don't buy. You are taxed for something you DO buy.
This is nonsense.
How are they going about taxing us? I know that I will figure our taxes in
January based on the prior year's schedule. If a few thousand dollars have
been added to the schedule,it will sit there till doom's day. There is no
way on earth that we can pay a TAX on NOTHING…not morally,not
financially and not legally.
Can they jail 300,000.,000 Americans? They can't even jail the crook
who burglarizes houses for more than a week at a time.
Marches are the answer and I don't mean the elderly,the infirm,the
weak-minded,nor youngsters.. I mean healthy,angry and ready- to-
take- back- our -country citizens.
Would they shoot us in the streets of Washington D.C.? Probably
not. They haven't gone that far into the depth of depravity.
Other countries have had uprisings and they have won their cause,
whether it be for good or evil.. they usually win.
This country needs to get some courage into its bloodstream and
take action before the elections. If not,then after the elections
works,too. In fact,the people will be all the angrier. I read a lot
of boards like this and aside from the ignorant liberals,muslims
and illegals,the majority of our people are ready to throw over this
whole government,from Congress down to the SCOTUS. Obama
is important,too,as a necessary prisoner to be hauled off to
the pen and dealt with accordingly .. spies,criminals,traitors..
they all deserve the same sentence. After that is done,new
campaigns,new elections,and hopefully the US will be
better than it has been in 100 years.
I know some wonderful Independent Party candidates are
out there.. Dr. Laurie Roth is one of them.. There will be
some outstanding candidates who are for our country
unlike the Roman emperors of ancient days,who were
willing and able to destroy the nation they ruled.

Roberts invoked the "Ashwander Doctrine"(Ashwander vs. TVA),a long established policy upon which the Court decideds the Constitutionality of statutes.
Another of its elements is:"The court will not pass upon the Constitutionality of a statute at the insistance of one who has availed himself of its benifits". If you are part of the problem,you can not be part of the solution. The law does not protect someone from his own fraud.
We "signed up"for communism through the Social Security Act;communism is "social insurance"(Sec. 702). Obamacare is an extension of "social insurance"(communism);we have already contracted ourselves into it and are a part of the program.
We have esentially signed our name to the bottom of a blank piece of paper,they are now filling the contract stipulations in above our name and we are contractually bound to "specifically perform". Like joining the Army and waking up in boot camp sober and deciding we don't want to be there any more. Too late!
Can't add much to your commentary re Roberts and the supreme court. The institution is now corrupted to the point that it serves ONLY the new world order and is "fast tracking"the sellout of US sovereignty. The extent of corruption within US "high officialdom"is shocking. It seems no one within the various branches of government or the military has the "balls"or the integrity to take on the obama eligibility problem with the possible exception of justice Clarence Thomas who has publicly stated the court is "avoiding the issue".
