You Won’t Believe Why A Crazed Professor Assaulted A Student

Finding a radical leftist professor at any of America’s major universities is hardly a difficult task. Some, however, exhibit a level of ideological fervor that would make Cornel West cringe.

As a case in point, consider the actions of a University of California Santa Barbara professor who reportedly conducts lessons on pornography and sex work in addition to black and feminist culture studies.

Mireille Miller-Young recently encountered a peaceful demonstration by pro-life students from a nearby campus. Instead of acknowledging the difference of opinions that should be encouraged on college campuses, she decided to stage an impromptu counter-protest by leading pro-abortion students in a collective demand that demonstrators “tear down this sign.”

She asserted that women should have the unequivocal right to murder their children and ultimately took an aggressive action against the gathering of a dozen students by ripping down a sign and leaving with the stolen property. When one 16-year-old student, Thrin Short, gave chase in an effort to retrieve the poster, Miller-Young apparently responded with violence against the minor.

Reports indicate she pushed and scratched Short, leaving visible injuries on her arms. The sign Miller-Young allegedly stole was later found torn and tattered.

Fortunately, reports indicate Short recorded the encounter. Local police are currently assessing the footage in an effort to determine what, if any, action will be taken against the professor.

Kristina Garza, campus outreach director for the group behind the protest, explained that authorities initially seemed uninterested in investigating the students’ claims.

“The police did not seem overly concerned about the incident until they saw the video and realized how violent the professor had been,” she said, suggesting Miller-Young was instrumental in leading the outrageous response against the demonstrators.

“I sincerely doubt any crime would have been committed if she hadn’t been there,” she concluded.
