ExposeObama.com Releases New TV Ad

WASHINGTON, DC (June 11, 2008)– ExposeObama.com, a project of the National Campaign Fund, released a television ad today challenging Barack Obama’s failure to respond to questions about leaving the Muslim faith. The ad is called “WAS HE MUSLIM?” (See articles below from Los Angeles Times, The Politico, Time Magazine online, etc.)

Floyd Brown, President of ExposeObama.com, said, “The ad explains that Barack Hussein Obama was enrolled in a Muslim school as a Muslim. In the Muslim religion, conversion to another religion is a serious offense. This may be why his campaign is not responding to questions about his conversion.” Brown said, “It may or may not matter that he was once a Muslim, but it does matter if Obama is not telling the truth about it.”

Brown said that the objective of ExposeObama.com is to raise public awareness about Obama’s character, background and fitness for high office. Brown said, “Barack Obama has gotten a free ride from most major media outlets. His message of ‘Hope and Change’ is all that people remember,” adding, “Our job is to tell the fuller truth about Obama’s version of change.” Brown said that the more people understand who Senator Obama is and learn the truth about what he believes and the direction he wants to take the country; the less likely he is to win election as President of the United States.

Said Brown, “Obama is an extreme liberal. He will surrender in Iraq, unilaterally disarm, impose a UN poverty relief tax on US Citizens, raise multiple other taxes, hurt business and create a devastating “change” in the economy. Obama’s vision for America is out of step with voters. The problem is a gap between knowledge and perception.  Most people do not know exactly where he will take us.”

Paid for by the National Campaign Fund. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.

ABOUT FLOYD BROWN…

Floyd Brown is president of the National Campaign Fund, and as a media commentator, he has appeared on many network and cable TV shows including the CBS Evening News, ABC’s Primetime, NBC’s Today Show, FOX News, CNN, MSNBC and more.

Brown is the author of three books and wrote the first bestselling Clinton expose “Slick Willie: Why America Cannot Trust Bill Clinton” in 1992. He later launched the impeachment movement against President Clinton as president of Citizens United Inc. Brown organized national campaigns, including the effort to secure the confirmation of Judge Clarence Thomas.

BACKGROUND ON THE NOW FAMOUS WILLIE HORTON AD CAMPAIGN:

Remember Willie Horton? Floyd Brown created the Willie Horton ad which brought the truth about Mike Dukakis directly to the American people.

Before the Willie Horton ad came out, Dukakis had a healthy lead over George H.W. Bush in the polls, in part, because the liberal media glossed over Dukakis' liberal record. And it looked like Dukakis' march to the White House was unstoppable.

Willie Horton was a convicted killer serving a life-sentence without the possibility of parole.  Horton callously stabbed a 17-year old gas station attendant 19 times and left him in a garbage can to die. Yet, Horton was given a total of 10 weekend passes from prison!

During one of those weekend passes, Horton kidnapped a young couple, stabbed, beat and gagged the boyfriend and then repeatedly violated the girlfriend multiple times while the boyfriend watched -- helpless to do anything.

Dukakis supported the furlough program offering Willie Horton and many others weekend passes -- even after the Willie Horton affair came to light. The Massachusetts legislature attempted to close the furlough program but Dukakis vetoed the bill.

When the Willie Horton ad came out, the left-wing media went attacked Floyd. Twenty years later, fabrications and lies concerning the Willie Horton ad are still misreported by a biased media. But when the Willie Horton ad was released, the American public saw the truth. There was no hiding the fact that Dukakis was soft on crime.

TIME MAGAZINE/ Tuesday, Apr. 22, 2008 article on first anti-Obama ads run in April:

A Willie Horton Hit on Obama?

By Michael Scherer

An old right-wing attack dog has returned with a new target: Barack Obama.

Starting Tuesday, a group of conservative activists led by Floyd Brown, author of the famous Willie Horton ad used so effectively against Michael Dukakis in 1988, will begin a campaign to tar Obama as weak on crime and terrorism, a strategy that aims to upend Obama's relatively strong reputation among Republican voters.

"The campaign by Hillary Clinton has not been able to raise Obama's negatives," said Brown on Monday. "It is absolutely critical that Obama's negatives go up with Republicans."
