CertifiGate: Document Expert Did Not Say It’s Authentic

Buckle your seat belts for this news, if you haven’t heard it already.

The one and only document expert consulted by any U.S. media to proclaim Barack Obama’s “birth certificate” as legitimate has rejected that position, claiming he was misquoted by Fox News. He has further stated that Fox refuses to answer his demand for a correction.

Jean Claude Tremblay is the only computer graphics expert consulted by any media other than WND on the validity of the so-called “long-form birth certificate” released by the White House in April. He was also the only expert to lend credibility to the document.

Tremblay told WND none of his comments to Fox would permit the conclusion that the Obama birth certificate is an authentic document.

In other words, the entire news media establishment, besides WND, accepted Obama’s document at face value, without the slightest effort at due diligence.

“I no longer trust Fox News,” he said. “Despite my protests, Fox News will not allow me to correct their story.”

The Fox News story by reporter Jana Winter, published two days after the White House released the document, remains in its original form despite Tremblay’s protests, under the headline, “Expert: No Doubt Obama’s Birth Certificate is Legit.”

“I never said that,” Tremblay insists. “Winter called me and talked to me for about five minutes on the telephone, and she never said she was going to quote me. Then she misrepresented what I said.”

Let me underscore my point here: Tremblay is the only document expert quoted by any U.S. news agency proclaiming the birth certificate as legitimate.

Meanwhile, every document expert WND has conferred with scoffs at the preposterous notion that the document is somehow valid on its face. Many of them are willing to stake their credentials and their professional judgment on the fact that the birth certificate offered up by the White House is as phony as a three-dollar bill. Others confide their belief there are serious problems with the document but don’t desire to cross swords with the most powerful office in the world.

Another Look at Obama’s Social Security Number

While out promoting my new book, “Deconstructing Obama,” I have been asked a few times about Obama’s mysterious Social Security number.

Not knowing enough to speak authoritatively, I chose to swim upstream through the data flood and head for the source.

Here I found a no-nonsense licensed investigator from Ohio named Susan Daniels. Widowed at 30 with seven children, Daniels went back to school and eventually emerged as a certified paralegal.

After several years working for others, Daniels got her own license as an investigator in 1995. Since then, she has specialized in litigation support for law firms. Her particular strength has been in researching assets.

By her own admission, Daniels is “good with public records.” She knows her way around databases and has access to many that the public does not.

“I did not like the way things were going,” Daniels says of the country’s drift circa 2009. And so in the best spirit of citizen journalism, she began to investigate Obama on her own.

What she and fellow investigator Neil Sankey unearthed was a nugget that could have ended the career of a George Bush or a Sarah Palin: Barack Obama had been using a Social Security number issued in Connecticut between 1977 and 1979, a state in which he never lived or even visited at that time in his life.

This will not come as news to the readers of WorldNetDaily, whose thorough investigation climaxed last June when WND’s veteran White House correspondent Les Kinsolving confronted Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs on the subject.

Predictably, Gibbs laughed Kinsolving off and switched the subject to the birth certificate. Kinsolving had seen this kind of laugh and switch before. In 1982, for instance, he introduced the subject of AIDS to then-press secretary Larry Speakes.

“Over a third of [the victims] have died,” said Kinsolving. “It’s known as ‘gay plague.’”

“I don’t have it. Do you?” joked Speakes to a general round of laughter. But unlike Gibbs, Speakes simply did not know any better.

As much as Daniels appreciates the work of WND and other serious investigators who have helped clarify the picture, she is distressed by the few who have clouded it.

“There have been many playing junior investigator from the start,” she jokes. “I don’t know if they even have their decoder rings yet.”

This being the case, I asked Daniels to guide me through the data mine field and help me ascertain what we know for sure about the world’s best-known Social Security number – 042-68-4425.

“All I can say,” says Daniels of 042-68-4425, “is that it’s phony and [Obama] has been using it, with it first appearing on his Selective Service document in 1980.”

A week after the governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie admitted that there is no proof that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii as claimed, the health director responsible for maintaining such records resigns under “mysterious circumstances”.

Of course, the mainstream media are not digging into it. They will mention it in passing, then move on to something more interesting, like the weather.

” HONOLULU – Interim Hawaii Health Director Dr. Neal Palafox abruptly quit Wednesday, the first of new Gov. Neil Abercrombie’s Cabinet appointees to leave.

The reason for Palafox’s resignation was a mystery, and he wouldn’t say whether he was asked to resign. ”

Hawaiian Official Swears: There’s No Obama Birth Certificate

Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

Adams was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.

His position was senior elections clerk, overseeing a group of 50 to 60 employees responsible for verifying the identity of voters at the Absentee Ballot Office. It was in this capacity that Adams became aware of the search for Obama’s birth-certificate records.

For reasons clear to no one just yet, Hawaii’s new Democrat governor, Neil Abercrombie, has gone public with his desire to silence the so-called “birthers” with proof of Barack Obama’s Hawaiian birth.

“Maybe I’m the only one in the country,” Abercrombie told the Los Angeles Times just before Christmas, “that could look you right in the eye right now and tell you, ‘I was here when that baby was born.’”

A few days later, Abercrombie clarified to Mark Niesse of the Associated Press that he didn’t exactly see Obama’s parents with their newborn son at the hospital, but that he “remembers seeing Obama as a child with his parents at social events.”

Although the major media have questioned why Abercrombie would raise an issue that, according to the Los Angeles Times, “most people see as resolved,” they take Abercrombie at his word as to what he knows about the young Obama family.

They shouldn’t. Abercrombie’s boasts about his relationship with the president’s presumed parents, Barack Obama, Sr. and Ann Dunham, have got to unnerve the president and his close advisors. They know something the media perversely choose not to know: Abercrombie is remembering a past that never happened.

A member of the House’s progressive caucus before his election as governor, Abercrombie has been talking excitedly about the relationship for years, playing John the Baptist to Obama’s Jesus.

“Little Barry, that’s what we called him,” Abercrombie told the Chicago Tribune while “recalling his days with Obama Sr. and his future wife, Ann Dunham, at the University of Hawaii.” If Obama were born on August 4, 1961, however, there could not have been many such days.

As is thoroughly documented, Ann and little Barry were in Seattle two weeks later, where she enrolled at the University of Washington. By the time she returned to Hawaii in late summer or fall 1962, Barack Sr. had left for Harvard for good.

Lt. Col. Lakin: Guilty on Three Counts

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, the officer who raised questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president only to be struck down by a military court’s banishment of evidence about his concerns, was convicted yesterday by Judge Denise Lind on three counts of disobeying orders during the first day of his court martial.

Lakin pleaded guilty to four counts related to disobeying orders, but one count was subsequently dismissed by Lind at the request of Lakin’s counsel, Neal Puckett. Lakin stands convicted of two counts of failing to obey orders to meet with his commanding officer and one count of failing to report as ordered to Fort Campbell, Ky., to join the 101st Airborne Division prior to the unit’s deployment to Afghanistan.

Unlike the civilian legal system, a military court can immediately convict any defendant who pleads guilty to a crime.

The Army flight surgeon still is contesting what most observers consider the most serious charge, “missing the movement” of a commercial airliner that was to take him to Fort Campbell.

Lakin openly admits he willfully chose to disobey orders to deploy to Afghanistan over concerns that his orders were not lawful. Lakin is not sure whether President Barack Obama is a legitimate commander-in-chief of the armed forces because Obama has failed to prove he is eligible under the U.S. Constitution to occupy the Oval Office.

Lakin deliberately exposed himself to a court martial in the hope of forcing Obama, during the “discovery” process, to prove he is eligible to serve as president by producing identity documents including his birth certificate. Lakin hoped the documents would establish whether Obama is a “natural born Citizen,” as required of any American president by Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
