 Obama’s Gay Czar continues to attack the Catholic Church

Democrats like to say “A fish rots from the head down.” Where are they now that Harry Knox, a militant homosexual advisor to Obama, has once again attacked the Catholic Church?

Knox, Obama’s Faith Based Advisor, has renewed his attack on Pope Benedict XVI charging he is trying to use the name of Jesus to hurt people by stating that condoms increase the spread of AIDS in Africa; as if they don’t.

Just another Gay activist willing to lie

To the pseudo religious Left condoms are a sacrament they’ll go to war to defend.
In the “oh so suave and sophisticated” world of Obama, and those he surrounds himself with, it’s not politically correct to ever challenge the effectiveness of condoms because they provide the type of hedonistic non-judgmental freedom that is at the very core of their lifestyle.

The “Beautiful people” will never admit it but condoms had a very serious failure rate of over 30% in a University of Texas report. The study was an examination of eleven independent surveys whose findings went beyond a mathematical failure rate to an explanation of why the failures happen.

Sexually transmitted diseases, the report declared, are tiny organisms that are small enough to pass through tiny imperceptible holes in all condoms. For perspective, HIV the virus that causes AIDS is so small two million of these death causing organisms can fit on the period at the end of this sentence.

Knox has never hesitated to show his anti Catholic bigotry, and has even mocked Benedict’s visit to Africa to lend spiritual support to its AIDS stricken people. It’s no coincidence that Barack Obama, a man who has continually shown contempt for the Catholic Church should have Knox as an advisor: The fish rots from the head down after all.

Anti-Catholic Harry Knox and boss

A group of twenty Catholic and conservative leaders have written a letter to President Barack Obama protesting the appointment to his faith-based advisory council of a man they say is “a virulent anti-Catholic bigot.” The letter lamented the president’s “failure to act” and called on him to remove the appointee.

The letter concerned Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships appointee Harry Knox, who had described the Knights of Columbus as an “army of oppression” for supporting California’s Proposition 8.

Noting President Obama’s claim that the Council would “bring everyone together – from both the secular and faith-based communities,” the group’s letter voiced concerns about Knox.

The letter said Knox, a former licensed Methodist minister who is a leader with the homosexual activist group Human Rights Campaign (HRC), is “the hate-filled antithesis of this noble objective.”

In the past, Knox had attacked Pope Benedict and some Catholic bishops as “discredited leaders” because of their opposition to same-sex “marriage.”

Obama's pick is highly offensive

President Barack Obama’s controversial appointee to the White House faith-based advisory council — a professed gay Christian who has called the pope a “discredited leader” — continues to rile conservatives. 

In the week since Obama named Harry Knox to the President’s Advisory Council on Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, the Catholic League expressed its frustration, a leading House Republican called for Obama to withdraw the appointment, and the Gingrich family – the former House speaker and his lesbian activist sister — had a public spat over the matter. 

Knox comes to the administration from the Human Rights Campaign, a homosexual advocacy group. His recent comments to a San Francisco-based gay newspaper have prompted much of the concern.

The head of a conservative activist group says President Obama’s appointment of a leading homosexual activist to his faith-based council is an ominous sign that he may enforce a “pro-homosexuality orthodoxy” on religious groups receiving federal funds, which is itself a form of bigotry.

Barack Obama has appointed outspoken homosexual activist Harry Knox to the White House Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. Knox, who is the director of the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Religion and Faith program, will serve a one-year term on the 25-member Council.

Two years ago during an appearance on MSNBC, Knox argued that scientific evidence supports the notion that certain people are born homosexuals. “What’s clear from our experience and from science is that being gay or lesbian is an immutable, unchangeable gift from God — one for which I’m very grateful,” he said. According to the HRC website, Knox is a former licensed pastor of a United Methodist Church in Georgia, and was denied ordination because of his sexual orientation.
