“I Created Obama’s Certification of Birth”

When the White House posted online an image of President Obama’s purported long-form birth certificate, it also linked to the previously circulated “Certification of Live Birth,” the short-form version that had been presented as the only birth documentation available.

However, the short-form certificate to which the White House linked April 27 was a forgery, claims research expert Ron Polland, Ph.D., who says he made the image himself.

“I made the birth certificate image that was given to the media at the White House press conference held on April 27, 2011,” Polland told WND.

“The White House said the black-and-white image is a copy of Obama’s 2007 [Certification of Live Birth], but it’s not. It is the forgery I created, and I can prove that is the case,” he declared.

Polland said he created the image to bolster his contention that the short-form Certification of Live Birth circulated by the Obama presidential campaign was a forgery.

“You have to be able to show how an electronic document was created in order to prove it is a forgery,” he explained. “I wanted to prove the [short-form certificate] was a forgery, and I wanted to show how it can be done.”

Then how did the White House end up presenting the forgery as authentic?

Polland contends that all of the short-form “versions in circulation on the Internet are forgeries.”

“Probably the White House just picked my forgery off Snopes.com, thinking it was the real thing,” he said.

Polland said he realized various Obama supporting groups, including Snopes.com, had posted his forgery as the authentic Obama document, but he decided to say nothing until he felt the time was right.

“I didn’t say anything until the White House published my forged Obama birth certificate as the real thing,” he said. “Then I decided it was time to speak up. Once the White House posted the forgery, I knew I could expose both the president and a supposedly independent, fact-checking website like Snopes.com as being caught promoting a fake document as the real thing.”

Polland walked WND through step-by-step documentation to show that the White House linked to his creation, not a document issued by the state of Hawaii.

In 2008, in response to media inquiries, the president’s campaign requested his birth certificate from the state of Hawaii. The state sent the campaign the president’s birth certificate, the same legal documentation provided to all Hawaiians as proof of birth in state, and the campaign immediately posted it on the Internet. How much don’t we know about Barack Obama as he nears the end of his third year of White House occupation?

Well, he claims today is his 50th birthday.

Yet, incredibly, it is still only an unsubstantiated claim – and, perhaps, more suspect than ever.

This was the year Obama finally yielded to pressure, largely from me, Jerome Corsi and a handful of other Americans, to release his so-called “long-form birth certificate” – the one he had been scrupulously hiding for so long.

Not many others in the media were ever interested in the story of Obama’s history, roots and questions about his constitutional eligibility. So, when he posted an image of this document last April on the White House website, the news industry fell all over itself proclaiming that all questions about his background had now been answered.

Nonsense.

The document Obama actually released raised more questions than it answered. Why? Because, as WND’s Corsi has proven to any objective party willing to look at the facts, that “birth certificate” is as phony as his debt-reduction plan – maybe worse.

In other words, Obama not only delayed and stonewalled and obfuscated over the release of his birth certificate for three years, he also eventually, under pressure, released a fraudulent one. That’s the most well-kept open secret in America today. It’s the topic no one – not Republicans, not Democrats, not media people, not officeholders, not even prominent tea-party activists – wants to talk about.

Yet every poll taken on the subject shows half the country doesn’t believe his story or his phony birth document.

Since I carried the ball on this issue when no one wanted to talk about it, I am actually stepping up my own activism on the eligibility issue through 2012.

The first stage comes in a renewed billboard campaign that you might want to characterize as my own personal birthday gift to Barack Obama. It was the “Where’s the birth certificate?” slogan, plastered on billboards all over America, that began to change public opinion in America regarding Obama’s eligibility. Now the new campaign asks, “Where’s the real birth certificate?”

Now that he’s no longer interested in a run for the White House, at least for the time being, it would make sense for real estate mogul Donald Trump to drop the whole “birther controversy” subject, right?

But Trump isn’t. In an appearance on Wednesday’s “Piers Morgan Tonight” on CNN, Trump revisited the topic and refuted claims of racism. However, he added there are still some questions surrounding President Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

“The word racist has not been applied to me, I will tell you that,” Trump said. “But I was very proud of the job I did with respect to the birther issue, because I got Obama to do something which nobody else was able to get him to do. And there’s a real question as to why he took so long to do it. Maybe one of these days you’ll have to ask him why. And you have to check out that document very carefully.”

In an allegation that pushes the dispute over Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility to a new level, an affidavit prepared to accompany a criminal complaint over the “Certificate of Live Birth” released April 27 suggests there was a plan to mislead the American public, and it went as high as the Oval Office.

“What I believe you are looking at is a classic example of an attempt at plausible deniability,” wrote Doug Vogt, who has filed a criminal complaint that charges Obama’s birth record is forged.

Vogt, who describes himself as an expert in documents, typesetting, imaging, scanners and document imaging programs and has owned Archive Index Systems since 1993, referenced the widely broadcast White House event when officials, including then-White House Counsel Robert Bauer and Obama’s communications director Daniel Pfeiffer, released the purported Hawaiian “Certificate of Live Birth.”

“Everything that came out of the mouths of both these men and the president’s was carefully orchestrated and scripted. It also implies that the president’s contingency plan was that in case the forgery was detected, that one or both of them would take the blame,” Vogt concluded.

He said in the affidavit, a copy of which was obtained by WND, “The preponderance of evidence leads me to conclude that the Certificate of Live Birth the White House presented at the 8:48 a.m. news conference (on April 27) and not mentioned on television an hour later is a forgery.”

He continued, “A strong legal argument can be made that per U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028(a)(2 and 4) Mr. Pfeiffer and Mr. Robert Bauer could have made themselves principles in the forgery. There is also the possibility that the director of the Department of Health in Hawaii knows much more about this forgery than she is telling. If it is later proven in federal court that this Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Department of Health is a forgery, then any and all personnel involved with the forgery, would also be principles in the forgery.

Following the lead of the New Yorker‘s David Remnick and the New York Times‘ Janny Scott, the Boston Globe‘s Sally Jacobs chooses to duck the truth about President Obama’s origins in her new biography, The Other Barack: The Bold and Reckless Life of President Obama’s Father.

Like her fellow biographers, Jacobs labors to protect the foundational myth of President Obama’s political ascendancy, in Remnick’s words, “his own life as a reflection of a kind of multicultural ideal.”

As the president tells the story, he was the product of an “improbable love” between a girl from Kansas and a goatherd from Kenya who shared a “faith in the possibilities of this nation.”

Last month on the eve of Father’s Day, Obama buttressed the myth once more by claiming that Obama Sr. “left when I was 2 years old.” This implies, of course, that there was a home and family to leave.

There was not, but like Scott in her new biography of Obama’s mother, “A Singular Woman,” Jacobs helps sustain the fraud by both omission and commission.

About the courtship of Ann Dunham and Obama Sr., Jacobs rehashes old information. As she relates, Obama “said nothing of his new girlfriend to most of his friends on campus.” Jacobs attributes this to Obama Sr.’s discretion on personal matters.

Obama Sr., however, was less discreet about other women. Jacobs tells of his courtship of a blonde co-ed, whom he often took out in public, including a night of dancing at a tourist hot spot in Honolulu.

Later Jacobs relates the tale of future Obama Sr. spouse Ruth Baker. Writes Jacobs of the couple, “They went dancing at the hottest clubs around Cambridge.” No such luck for Ann Dunham. No one even knew they were an item.

Subpoena Targets “1961 Typewritten Birth Certificate”

A subpoena has been served on officials in the Hawaii Department of Health and the state’s attorney general demanding access to the original “1961 typewritten birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama.”

The attorney behind the case, Orly Taitz, told WND she is asking a court to compel compliance.

The California attorney contends the state’s “privacy” regulations should be ignored, as Obama already has released what the White House purported to be a copy of the document to the public.

She has developed a case in Washington, D.C., seeking the original application for Obama’s Social Security number, a document that could provide significant information about the president’s early life that relates to his eligibility.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberth recently rejected a defense concern over procedure in the dispute. Taitz said that moved the case into the discovery phase, in which she can issue subpoenas to those holding documentation she is seeking.

WND previously has reported on the issue that Obama holds a Connecticut-based Social Security number despite allegedly being born in Hawaii, starting his work career in the Aloha State, and never having lived in Connecticut.

The first three digits of a Social Security number indicate the state of the applicant’s mailing address. Obama’s number begins with 042, which falls within Connecticut’s range of 040 through 049.

The national news media have been virtually silent on this potentially criminal fact.
