The November 5, 2009, shooting rampage by the cowardly Muslim Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan was wake-up call that has become an example of why America made a grave error in electing Barack Hussein Obama.

Hasan murdered 13 innocent people. All but one were soldiers either just returning from theaters of war or preparing to deploy to combat areas. One of the dead soldiers was pregnant. The remaining victim was an Army civilian employee.

Hassan’s guilt is indisputable. After being shot by an armed civilian guard the only armed personnel at the scene (thanks to Bill Clinton Military bases are “gun free zones”), Hassan was immediately taken into custody. His weapons were recovered. Eyewitness statements were taken, and then the unexpected happened. Nothing further has taken place.

The White House immediately set up whatever roadblocks it could to thwart the Army’s case against Hassan….

The current feeding frenzy over Sarah Palin’s emails is a case in point that the radical Left will do anything in its ability to destroy that which they fear most. The media’s rush to Juneau shows us that “mainstream media” is not mainstream at all, but rather an extension of the far Left – an American Pravda of sorts.

The media’s 2008 Freedom of Information Act request for the release of Governor Palin’s tens of thousands of work-related emails has failed to turn up anything significant, and yet they continue. The media are obsessed with a petite 5-foot-something female who apparently wields more power with her one-line internet “tweets” than Moses’ staff.

What initially seemed like a reasonable request (in 2008) to learn more about the then relatively unknown Alaskan governor who could have been “one heartbeat away” from having control of America’s nuclear arsenal, has turned into a chronic witch hunt as these same professional “journalists” fail to hold the man who currently has his finger on “the button” to the same standard.

Three years post-election and the bias continues as enormous media outlets spend untold amounts of energy and resources chasing the bus of a non-candidate and rooting through emails for non-news like drooling hunting dogs on a cold trail. Sort of reminds me of the old “Beggin Strips” television commercial – with a twist: “Palin, Palin. It smells like Palin! Yummy, Chewy! Palinnn!”

With his 2012 re-election campaign in full throttle, it is curious that Americans are still waiting to get to know our 44th president, the supposed epitome of transparency – who has yet to release certain school and medical records, college theses, law reviews and scholarly articles, and files from his years as an Illinois state senator.

Unreleased school records and university theses pale in comparison to more pressing issues. Obama’s undeniable connections to the convicted felon….

This, the first of a series of articles on the Obama home at 5046 S. Greenwood, establishes that three individuals other than Obama are listed in public records as owners and taxpayers on the property.

Barack Obama is not among at least three people listed as current owners and taxpayers of the mansion his family calls home in Chicago’s upscale Kenwood neighborhood, according to public records.

WND reported in December 2008 that William Miceli, the attorney for convicted political operative Tony Rezko and a fundraiser for Obama, owns the Obama home at 5046 S. Greenwood.

Miceli is a lawyer at the Chicago law firm Miner, Barnhill & Galland, which employed Obama when he did legal work for Rezko.

Now, WND has discovered that, along with Miceli, there are at least two other people listed in public records as owners and taxpayers of 5046 S. Greenwood in the South Side neighborhood of Kenwood, an oasis of pricey homes that has attracted professors at nearby University of Chicago.

The Cook County Recorder of Deeds website shows the property was purchased by the Northern Trust Company, with the mortgage recorded Dec. 19, 2005. The records suggest a Northern Trust Company trust, perhaps headed by Miceli, was the deed holder.

There are no Cook County records that show Barack or Michelle Obama own 5046 S. Greenwood Ave., although the likelihood is that the couple are the owners of the Northern Trust Company trust established to buy the property.

Rezko found the new residence for Obama when the Rezko family lived across the street.

A few weeks ago I wrote an article From the White House to the Big House: 25 Impeachable Crimes and Counting that detailed 25 illegal acts committed by President Obama and his Democrat cohorts in Washington. It showed a President and political party willing to break the law at will in order to accomplish their political aims. Thanks to reader contributions and conservative writers around the country, here are 25 more for your consideration.

Whether or not any of these troubling examples will lead to Obama’s impeachment and/or imprisonment, only time will tell. Regardless, taken together they paint a picture of an out of control President who lacks basic American values and has little to no respect for the rule of law.

25 More Impeachable Crimes

1. Obama’s term as Board Chair of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge in the mid-1990s where he and his colleague, unrepentant terrorist William Ayers, misused over $300 million in private donations meant to improve the education of minorities. Instead of spending the money on traditional learning programs, Obama and Ayers directed the funds to local community activists who wasted it on trying to “radicalize” the students. An official review of the program found that it was a complete and utter failure.
2. As an Illinois State Senator, Obama directed tens of millions in state money to slumlords Valerie Jarrett and Tony Rezko meant to provide for housing for low income, minority tenants in return for political donations. Due to shoddy construction and nonexistent maintenance, the majority of the units, after less than 10 years of use, have been rendered uninhabitable.
3. Michelle Obama’s politically connected $316,000 VP of Community Affairs job at University of Chicago Hospitals while her husband was serving as US Senator. She was responsible for the design of an illegal “patient dumping” scheme that prevents local African Americans from using the emergency room at one of the nation’s finest hospitals and instead redirects them to community healthcare centers where they often receive substandard and inadequate treatment. The high paying position was eliminated soon after Mrs. Obama’s departure from the university.
4. Millions in illegal contributions accepted by the Obama campaign during his presidential run. Credit card filters designed to screen out foreign money and domestic donors who had maxed out their legally allowable limits, as required by US law, were intentionally switched off.
5. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s ongoing effort to create international small arms accords that will subvert the Second Amendment rights of US citizens.
6. The Russian-American START treaty signed by Obama in April 2010 that has no chance of making it through Congress unless passed during the lame duck session. Not only does the treaty hamstring US missile defense development and make it difficult to modernize our rapidly aging nuclear weapons arsenal, it represents unilateral disarmament by the US in return for nothing more than Russian “good will”.

That is how convicted fraudster Tony Rezko was transformed, before our very eyes, from a guy Obama barely knew to a contributor who may have helped Obama’s political campaigns, then to a bundler who’d actually raised more than $250,000 (some five times the amount claimed in Obama’s initial admission), to a developer who won contracts with Obama’s assistance, to a fixer who helped Obama buy a pricey home the future president couldn’t afford on his own—an ethical lapse Obama finally had to acknowledge was “boneheaded.”

President-elect Barack Obama took big money from a man at the center of a federal probe that has forced one of Obama’s top Cabinet picks to withdraw.

Financial records show the Obama campaign got more than $30,000 from California financier David Rubin, the target of an investigation into donations and possible “pay-to-play” deals involving New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, Obama’s pick for commerce secretary.

Richardson removed himself from consideration for the post Sunday, saying the ongoing grand jury investigation threatened to hold up his confirmation. Richardson and Rubin have both denied any wrongdoing in the matter, which involved contributions and state business in 2003 and 2004.
